To expand the number of mailing service users and improve the industry with smooth and more efficient management. In order to reach these goals, we are going to provide several activities in various local committees.
In order to enhance the relationship amongst members and to exchange information, we started "The Information Service Communication Group" in July 1985. Due to the rapid growth in the usage of mailing services, and the number of members, we changed our name to the current name "Japan Mailing Service Association" in August 1988.
1. Make suggestions and requests to the government as a represenantive of the mailing service industry and related industries.
2. Research and study the Postal Law and other related laws (including the laws of foreign countries).
3. Research and investigate mailing devices.
4. Communicate and interact with the Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications, The Postal Agency and other related governmental and private associations.
5. Hold annual Mailing Adviser Certification classes, training, lectures and observations at actual work places in the industry.
6. Plan, operate and manage information exchange activities for the development of member companies.
7. Plan, operate and manage any benefits for the employees of member companies.
8. Operate several kinds of activities that will improve the industry and the association.
